For more than 20 years, universities and global corporations have relied on DECIDE - a total-enterprise business simulation - to develop managerial capabilities in the US, Europe and Asia. During simulation play, participants work in teams to manage individual DECIDE companies. Teams set company objectives, implement strategies and compete against one another. The DECIDE software provides immediate feedback on profits, cash flow, customer satisfaction and other unforgiving measures of the effectiveness of team decisions. Multiple decision rounds, against a backdrop of changing economic and internal business conditions, allow teams to thoroughly examine the impact of their decisions.
